dctoto accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through various payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and other major Indonesian banks) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. dctoto processes most withdrawal requests within 5 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (09:00-22:00 WIB, seven days a week). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, where possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.

dctoto does not charge withdrawal fees for standard requests. However, your bank or payment provider may impose fees for receiving funds. Excessive withdrawal requests (more than 5 per day) may incur administrative fees at dctoto's discretion.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

In accordance with international AML standards, dctoto requires that funds be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering or other illegal activities will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

In the event of any discrepancy, official league or competition results take precedence. 7.2 Casino Games

All casino games, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment regularly audited by independent testing agencies. The outcome of each game is entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned to you following successful identity verification and clearance of pending bets, subject to deduction of any applicable fees or charges.
